How to Submit a Complaint

Review Process
We log complaint submissions, review all available records, and respond with findings or next steps. Additional documentation may be requested if needed to complete the review.
Regulatory Escalation
Consumers may also file complaints with applicable state and federal agencies, including the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and the appropriate Texas regulatory authority.
